Can I upgrade my delivery?
Yes. As standard we ship all orders free of charge via Royal Mail second class, but there is the option to upgrade to Royal Mail first class and DPD next day delivery at the checkout.
Has my order been shipped?
As soon as we dispatch your order, you should receive an email from us confirming that it is on its way. Please do check the junk/spam folder of your inbox as our emails can end up there!
How can I track my order?
Please click on the link in your dispatch email, which will allow you to confirm that your order has been dispatched and advise if delivery has been attempted. If you opted for our free standard delivery, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. If this time has now passed, please email email@example.com with your order number and we will look into this for you.
I have just placed an order but I have noticed an error, or I need to make a change
Please get in touch with us as soon as you can to let us know the changes that are needed. Please note, once your order has been marked as shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the changes needed.

Yes, all our lollipops are suitable for both vegans and vegetarians.
Are they gluten free?
Our lollipops do not contain any gluten, but as they are not certified gluten free, it would be at your discretion.
